I know this is a personal question since everybody has different tastes, but now that I have a proper DD I want to turn the NSX into a more focused machine. This does not mean a rollcage/bare floor/no dash, but just a lighter, meaner weekend/track warrior. It gets driven maybe once a week now (excluding track days) and I'm contemplating removing the audio system since one of the speakers are blown anyhow.

My question is, for anybody that has removed the audio system, do you miss it? Or (not to sound cheesy) does the sound of the NSX keep your ears sufficiently stimulated?

I haven't had anything for over a year and I miss it SOMETIMES, but it doesn't really bother me. I have been using my iphone with my tune-in radio app that gives me all my local radio stations, and all internet radio stations (thousands). I like IRL Italia.... LOL... it's an Italian radio station for example. There are sooo many. And then I have Pandora, and my own tunes. Only thing is it is not loud enough, but I got this little guy and it works great. I make phone calls with its Bluetooth, and it amplifies my music too.
