Not only that but,Mark B used to let willing selected owners shadow him in the shop to bolster thier own skills.

Actually, when I had him do my second 90k service in 2008 (he also did the first one in about 2000), I spend several days with him in his Phoenix shop, including helping him re-do the CV joints .. which goes better with 4 hands rather than 2.

And I know that he and Chris (SOS) shared business space in Chris' early days. But after reading all the unpleasant things that were said in the wake of some BBSC failures, I was stunned to read that Mark and Mark had shared a business in Aug 2001. In fact, prior to buying my NSX in Oct 2001, I talked to MB (who was in Phoenix at that time ..only 3 months later) about service he had done on the car for the owner at that time .. so I was confused with the timing.
