Automatic Transmission problem - won't change gears, CEL code ERROR 15

Just wanted to circle back on this. My prior post was incorrect: there WAS a change in the ATs over the production, put possibly only in Japan.

100 to 120 series NSX AT models (roughly 1990-1994) used a 4.0 final drive ratio. The part number for the 4.0 ring gear is: 41233-PR9-010
130 to 150
series NSX AT models (roughly 1995-1999) used a 4.4 final drive ratio. The part number for the 4.4 ring gear is: 41233-PR9-A01

The 130 series introduced the F-matic style transmission and Honda shortened the final drive to 4.4 make the car accelerate more quickly. To preserve the highway cruising comfort, they made 4th gear taller in these transmissions, so there is a big drop between 3rd and 4th. The "special" tall 4th gear part numbers are: 23461-PR9-A00 (mainshaft) and 23471-PR9-A00 (countershaft).

150 series and up NSX AT models (roughly 2000-2005) used a 4.0 final drive ratio. The part number for the 4.0 ring gear is: 41233-PR9-010.
Apparently customers did not like the big drop between 3rd and 4th, so Honda reverted back to the original configuration with the 4.0 final drive and "short" 4th gear on the F-matic for the remainder of NSX production (roughly 2000-2005).

I have to credit Mr. Toyoizumi at T3TEC for this info- it was on one of his blog posts. He noted than when he rebuilds customer AT units, he leaves the "short" 4th in and uses the 4.4 final, making for the best performance at a sacrifice of about 10% higher rpms on the highway.

Even more interestingly, USDM AT units appear to use the 130-150 series gears for all production years 1991-2005. That means our 1-2-3 is quick and then 3rd to 4th shift has a big drop off. Folks rebuilding their ATs may want to consider using the "short" 4th gear with their 4.4 final drive, which is: 23461-PR9-000 (mainshaft) and 23471-PR9-000 (countershaft).

It seems this information is not 100% sure :) My car is 1996 euro spec (made for Switzerland's market), with f matic, and from Amayama's catalogue it seems it uses the short final drive. Here you are:

And the part numbers in countershaft and mainshafts ends in 000 (instead of A00).

How to know which series (100, 130, 150) is? I mean, by serial number of the transmission, VIN?

PS: a pushed hard my car on the highway. The top speed which I made is 260 km/h (160 mph) but i think it could be even higher. I have a clip 0-210 km/h (0-130mph) of my car, tell me is this is the short or tall 4th gear:
