Avic-D3 blue tooth issue

So I need some help from you electronic guru's lol.
Here is the deal I have an Avic-D3 in the NSX with the Blue tooth hardware all installed, I can't seem to get my T-mobile Dash (HTC windows based) to work together.. I have read the manual the two just don't work. I called pioneer and they say its a problem with the phone and T-mobile says its a problem with the Radio. Anyone have any idea what to do? someone told me I need new software for my phone so the Pioneer recognizes it, where do I find it???

Some phones just dont link correctly through bluetooth. Try and look through this forum. www.avic411.com

try updating the firmware via the manufacturer. HTC makes the phone.

if that doesnt work go to www.jetwaremobile.com

they make a patch that will fix it.
