Beretta CX4 Storm, illegal in cali?

So there's been a firearm I've wanted for a REALLY long time. Should have bought it before I moved back from colorado. Anyhow, Does anyone know if this firearm falls under the assault rifle ban list? Then does the barrel make it fall under pistol or rifle because it's like RIGHT AT 16" or so I believe.

Can't tell you about the Storm as far as Cali is concerned. Check this one out. This one is a pistol. [URL=http://img81.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pix483933095fz3.jpg][/URL] AR mags and it's .223
Oh yea, it's a Keltec PLR-16

Ah, I see. Missed that part. I was trying to determine it off of the state's website.
