Best DASH Blank piece? looking to redo the stereo...

I'm still on the fence about doing a stereo setup in the car but absolutely do NOT want to molest or mess around with the stock dash piece so that piece is going to be put away in a bubble wrap.

My question is what is the best fitment aftermarket dash piece? Looking for a blank piece that my body shop can work with to flush mount a deck and some other goodies

Let me know brand, material and price would help! Do they make a CF version?
