(Opps sorry about title, meant 94)
Was getting the oil changed on my CR-V at Image, and they had a black 94 in the used lot. Now, I don't own one, probably never will, but I have always loved the NSX. This was only the second time I have been up close to one. The NA1 in question is listed on autotrader, and has about 60,000 km. It appears to have a story to be told about the left rear (drives side). Poor paint job, and bad fitment. Odd thing too, it the steering wheel is missing the button covers for the horn. Looks to have normal wear and tear. Didn't get inside, however.

FWIW, bumped into this site a year or two ago, and have read daily since. Maybe one day.....

Hey, are you talking about 2 different cars? The 1994 Black NSX I saw in Hamilton @ Honda looked in very good shape. Still toying with the idea of trading my 2007 AP2 S2k in for it....just don't want to get hosed.

The car at Image honda is what I looked at. It looked really nice at first (except for the missing horn buttons) but take a look at the left rear tail light - condensation. Then move to the left rear of the car, and the bumper cover does not fit right (more likely the rear left rear panel had some work). Look at the paint behind the wheel, seems to have been repainted while dirty? bumps in the paint. I'm sure it's not a deal breaker, but something has happend there.

Car has visible repaint and fitment issues? Did you carfax or carproof.com the VIN for details? Rear tail lights with condensation in them is common either gasket has gone bad, or the lights need to be retightened. As for the Horn Buttons, common problem on older NSX's they can easily be broken I had replaced mine a few years back price wasn't bad around $100ish for both. Might be worth it if you can strike a better deal on the price considering the items in question. Also don't foget to check the service history timing belt etc...
