I saw this thread title and thought 'oh boy, a question just for me' but I got nuttin...

I bet Stacy would know.
If i remember correctly when I did my side skirts the area behing it was painted and with out the sides on.
I am 90% sure it is painted off the body, which means the area under it is also painted.
I think it would have to be painted underneath. It'd be a pretty shoddy oem paint job if it weren't.
