Both my windows and powered mirrors stopped working

Recently my door handle broke (the parts coming to fix it) so I usually roll the windows down to open the door from outside. Yesterday both my windows wouldn’t go down and I noticed my mirrors weren’t working either. I really don’t know what the problem is either. All my fuses are working but I don’t know what relay is what because every diagram I’ve seen is way wrong, it might be because mines an automatic. The worst part is that they stopped working but after a while they magically worked again and then stopped again. Im trying to get it fixed without having to take my whole door apart to see if it got unplugged but I might have to if nobody knows what it is.
 
The mirrors and the power windows are on completely separate electrical circuits. There are no shared relays or fuses. I have pulled my door apart; but, didn't pay a lot of attention to the plugs that fit into the switch assembly on the drivers door. They may have a shared plug or adjacent plugs in that switch housing and they might have come loose leading to intermittent contact. That is about the only place where I could see a common problem causing failures on both systems.

As I recall the plugs did require some effort to get them out of the switch housing so they should not just fall out on their own. Since you are a new member is the car new to you? Perhaps a previous owner was working on the door interior and did not get the plugs fully seated when putting stuff back together or perhaps they broke the retainer when removing the plugs the first time.

If both mirrors and both windows die at the same time I think that pretty much means a trip into the driver side door.

I’m not brand new to the car I’ve had it for a bit and I worked on it before I owned it. It might have been taken apart before though. The most confusing part about it is that both doors don’t have the windows working. The other day I was able to get them to work somehow and they both worked. I’m just not sure what could have tripped to make the powered mirrors, the window switches on the driver and the window switch on the passenger to stop working. I know the door does have some power though because the locks are locking properly and my lock and unlock button is working perfectly. I might end up taking it to a mechanic to take apart my door and see, I already tried to but ended up already messing it up.
 
The switch on the passenger side door and passenger side window motor is connected in series through the 'passenger side' switch on the driver side door. If the wires have become disconnected or are intermittently disconnected at the switch in the driver side door both windows are dead. Check the wiring harness where it enters the door for signs of damage there which could also explain your mirror problem.

The passenger and driver windows are on two separate circuits through two separate fuses #47 and #50. Those two fuses are powered up by the power window relay which is controlled by the integrated control unit. Turn your ignition switch to the run position and check for power at fuse #47 and #50. If you have power at those two fuses then you have a wiring problem / connector / switch problem. If you don't have power at both fuses then the power window relay may have failed. You need the service manual for your exact year to locate the relay because Honda moved stuff around during the production run. If the relay is OK, then there may be a problem with the integrated control unit and you need the service manual to diagnose its operation using input / output tests.

None of the preceding has anything to do with the power mirrors. Unless the power mirror problem is a red herring and does not occur at the same time as the window problem, about the only thing that can cause simultaneous problems on the mirrors and the windows are connections at the driver door switch or some kind of failure in the harness where it enters the door.

Taking the door apart to access the door interior is not technically difficult. It is a bit time consuming the first time because you need to be careful if you don't want to damage things. There used to be a guide in the Prime Wiki with pictures; but, the Wiki appears to be unavailable right now. The service manual has all the details you need to get the lining off without damage. If you are impatient, best to farm it out to somebody who has the service manual or who has done it before. If the mechanic is not an NSX specialist or doesn't have the service manual, chances are yo may get the door back with some double sided tape and glue holding things in place.
