That same “lotus caliper” kit came on my car as well. It was not so easy to find info and parts for them.
I ended up with these racing brake rotors and I like them:
https://racingbrake.com/2156/. One of my favorite things is that the hats are the same thickness at the hub as stock rotors (7mm), so won’t act like a spacer and affect your wheel offset. The hats that came with my car were a lot thicker.
You also may be able to just get rotor bolts and rotor rings from racing brake if your hats are in good shape and they have the same number of mounting holes.

* Brake lines don’t use banjo fittings, they are AN fittings. Stainless Goodridge lines are available, part number 903500, same as the s2000 kit iirc. I bout a new pair from race technologies recently
* Bleeders are thread size M10x1. I recently installed speed bleeders and successfully used SB1010S-SS. That model also has 100 other part numbers: 9407, H9407, 9497-2, H9497-2
