Can anyone identify this rear diffuser?

Has anybody seen a carbon fiber rear diffuser like this before?

Who made it?
How does it mount?

Definitely NOT for a center exit exhaust; looks like a universal diffuser, there's a similar one here going onto a MKIV Supra.

at a quick look i thought they were a little to close to the center.

You can clearly see the cutouts for the tailpipes. Still, it may turn out pretty cool/unique if someones gets creative.

You don't need a widebody necessarily, but I think it would stick out wider than your rear spats. You are probably going to have to make some sort of mounts as well, I don't think they they had a viable solution.
