Is there a way to get cd's out of the stock cd changer, I don't have the stock radio ?
Can i get cd out of the stock disc changer W/O the stock head unit ?

I really don't think so. I was planning on taking mine out anyway so I completely disassembled it to remove the CD catridge.
Take a credit card and wiggle it under the bottom of the magazine, just to the right of center. It will release the magazine. Ta Da.
