can i powder coat these and leave the lip

1) can i powder coat these black or gun metal and leave the lip chrome?
2) are there wheels similiar to that already?
3) what other black or gun metal wheels are there with a chrome lip in 17 18s for an nsx?

1) Yes, you can. That's what I did to mine. They simply mask off the parts that you don't want to coat.

Dave, the bumper cover is semi-custom. It started off as a Cantrell GT-Series '02+ bumper to which I made a few modifications to suit my liking.
