Title of article - 'How great just got greater.' 2003, prototype, NSX Type-R has a two page spread. Pages 132-133. Photo's include white carbon-fiber hood.
Red interior, "like a pen*s extension said the drivers wife". (U.K. magazine). NSX should be available in the UK first part of the year or "never". Don't pass up this article. It gets you hot under the collar...Jerry / Honolulu

will check it out.

Does anyone else have the feeling the NSX is about to make somewhat of a comeback, or is it just me?

If the Matrix is real, then the NSX is just a figment of your imagination.

It would be very nice if the NSX could make somewhat of a comeback but I think some more upgrades would be necessary to really achieve that.
First of all, a bit more power (I think 320/330 HP would already go a long way).
Second an interior upgrade. Get rid of the casette-player, put in a nice CD(changer) with DVD-navigation system as an option. I've seen some nice after-market installs here on NSX-prime which would look even better if they would be a factory option.
Third, better marketing. Sometimes it's like Honda thinks their products will sell themselves which might be but good advertising ALWAYS helps.

In Japan a navigation system is indeed an option (alas, like so many other NSX items). I think SOS sell this display.
But personally I like the DVD-systems with the disappearing LCD-screen better than the fixed display on top of the dash. My personal feeling is also that a lower mounted screen will be better to read/follow than a high mounted one due to the limited visibility of color-LCD's in bright light.

Guy's and Girl's - READ THE ARTICLE...it mentions weight reduction (similar to the NSX-Z), AND no A/C, no C/D player, thus the ride feels quicker, and feeling even more of the road, with stiffer shocks and thinner steering wheel, also modified drive-by-wire to get better performance. (This one's not a touring car.) The "GREAT" (from the factory) gets even better! (post adjusted)Aloha

NSX-Z? You mean the Zanardi? If so it comes with a radio and an AC. The Zanardi is similar to the JDM Type-S not the Type-R. BTW. The Radio and AC are options on the Type-R.
