Center Console and Switch Panel painting

Hey all,

In the infinitely long process of redoing my interior, I'm now at a stage where I need help painting my center console, switch plates, vent surrounds, etc. I don't need or necessarily want stock finish. I'm looking for a gunmetal paint. More importantly, the contracted party would need to know how to sand down, fill, prime, and paint panels. The center console I have is an aftermarket carbon fiber looking piece that is well cut but needs finishing. Switch panels and vent surrounds are OEM.

Before I go around asking body shops, anyone here do this work or have recommendations?

Look up build thread for the local owner in here. I'm trying to remember the shop he used, it was a place in Fremont I think..
