Center console lights

I don't often drive my '93 at night, but I did the other evening and noticed that most of the center console lights, radio, HVAC, etc. were out. I had some lights there, but not all (and, I can't remember what was on and what was not on?).

Anyone have any experience with this and know what it takes to repair/replace the lights in the center console? Thanks.

Please identify which lights exactly when you get a chance.

when I got mine some of the backlights were out (some AC buttons, and the like) , repair involved stripping the units out, and replacing the 'grain of wheat' bulbs. they are just bulbs after all, and likely to go bad as much as any other type!

I'll check tonight as to what lights up and what doesn't? Thanks.

In checking tonight, it turns out that the lights that aren't working are just the stereo lights (stock unit). Any help with what needs to be repaired or replaced?? Thanks.

Does the stock stereo work?

might it be one of the "secrets" of the NSX... i no longer have the oem stereo but i think if you have the balance knob pulled-out some lights turn off.
