I need a new brake master cylinder apparently... does anyone have any feedback/comments on if one is like insanely better or something? the nissin is twice the price and i cant imagine/see why

People seem to warn against new aftermarket brake master cylinders as they are hit or miss. They'd stick with OEM of course. Rebuilt is a hell no. I went with NEW aftermarket after mine was leaking and so far, no issues. It was dirt cheap from Rockauto. I bought an OEM as backup.

I went OEM. Just to be safe. No chances. Plus u spend once, instead of twice in case u might get a bad one.

Just for an update if anyone is wondering, I went with the Centric. Here's my review for those that in the future may not want to pay 400 and 160 instead:

A lil spongy for my taste for road use. Then again some may really appreciate that as it technically is lighter and not as firm but I like feeling my face is going to come off even during slow stops.

However, at high intense braking levels such as at the track, the force comes on much faster and more gradual. It is easier to modulate the high pressure brakkingand the force is a lot more responsive
