Change Seat Belt color

Anyone in here knows how to go by changing seat belt color?

You mean like changing out the webbing on the spool or actually dyeing the existing black webbing?

I don't think dyeing it is a good idea- may damage material

You won't be able to dye them red. You will need to replace them.
