Clock wont keep memory

Does anyone know how to fix this? It works fine, until I turn off the car, then it resets to 1:00.

Fuse #33 (7.5A) is the constant power supply to clock.

Important to note that this fuse also keeps constant power to the ECM so that will not be storing any trim adjustments in memory & constantly resetting.

It also holds the memory for the stereo presets.
