clunk!

Nasty clunk noise near right B-pillar.
Please help.Sounds like its around the seatbelt area on the inside.Its driving me crazy.I already checked the FAQ to no avail.

When does it happen? All the time? Only when you're turning? Only when you start up? When the car is braking? Standing still in the garage?

Does it sound like it's coming from the wheels? Does it clunk once, or repeatedly, and how often?

Is it quiet, or loud?

The sound is noticeable when I would cross railroad tracks or sizeable dips in the road.In the garage the car is pretty quiet although sometimes late at night I swear I can hear the garage door opening by itself...

Note:Sounds to me like its the seatbelt rattling under the cover but I stuffed some foam in there and it was no help.
