Colorado Emission friends?

Does anyone work at or have a friend that works at one of the state emission centers that can "hook" me up? Willing ti drive wherever and bribe.

I bought the car with no cats, so thats an auto fail before you even get the sensor in your tail pide and 2nd i wanna go w/ ITBs.

It might just be easier to put on the cats.. PASS.. Then take em off..

You could also just leave the cats on after you buy/install. Test pipes are really only good for unappealing sounds and smells.
