Just wondering if anyone has thought about adding components with crossovers to the center speaker spot between the seats. I already have components up front in the triangular spots by the window above the vent. The mono speaker that is currently there is barely audible and im wondering if adding the tweets would add to the sound.

sjones - you are still running OEM head & stock Bose Speaker/amp assemblies (with additional door tweeters) correct?
I believe btcog82 has after-market set-up.
I think the next step would really be to go with a better set of door components driven by an external amp. You'll get far superior low & mid range from a set of 6.5" mid-drivers compared to the tiny 4" Blose speakers; even adding the external tweeters, you'll still find an improvement on a higher end component. Of course you need to accommodate an amp, but that doesn't have to be so bad.
Add a sub if & when it makes sense to your requirements &/or budget.
