My Comptech Supercharger (Whipple Charger with 6#boost) was installed in 2002 and is still running great. The v-belt part # from Comptech is #4050705.I can't find a cross reference to a standard belt.

Does anyone know if that is the same belt for the "high boost kit" with the 9lb pulley? I wouldn't think so, but I have never checked.... I guess I could use the search huh...:redface:
Almost all of the Comptech SC kits got the 70.5 inch long belt (both high and low boost and 3.2 to 3.0 liter and Autorotor vs Whipple). A couple of times we used a 69.5 inch belt but that only came in a 6 rib belt that we cut one rib off of. Cheers, Shad

Dont use this belt. I changed mine and it did nothing buty slip. Only use gatorback. I tried every belt out and had nothing but problems. I'm running a custom pulley and i needed a 5pk1750. I bought a 6 rib and cut a rib off and it works great . I have 2 brand new gatorback 5pk1790 i will sell for $25 shipped for the pair
