Anyone had experence shipping the OEM NSX seat? I tried www.UPS.com and they can't estimate the cost since the package is too big? Any other way beside UPS? cost?

How about Fedex? Hopefully someone else with shipping seats will have an answer for you.
I have someone shipping a drivers side seat for me exactly in the same situation as you. Once he gets me the shipping info I can pass that along to you. It should roughly the same if you use the same carrier as he does since it is going the same place.

I am suprised that UPS will not ship it as they ship race seats (which are in big boxes). FedEx will, as will Airborne Express, and then the trucking companies, like BAX Global, RPS, etc.
