Depends, do you have a visual cat check? If so, at the minimum, you'll need to drop part of the exhaust and bolt the cats back in. If not, you might be able to pass emissions without doing anything at all. Depending on your tune, a lot of emissions tests don't run up to a high enough RPM to even get the turbo to spool. In which case your emissions shouldn't be all that different from stock.
The problem is, every turbo system is different so it's hard to give an actual number estimate. It will all depend on how your piping is routed and fastened, how your tuning is set to, and a number of other factors. It's probably just forking over an extra couple hundred dollars and asking for a "favor" at a "friendly" emissions place. :wink:
