Don @ Hilltop says that a slight hissing sound I hear while driving at higher RPMs is a small exhaust leak in my Comptech headers.

What does one do in this situation? Can the header be repaired, or does it need to be replaced? If replace, what with? Are CT still the best header for an NA NSX?

any tig welder can fill that... cutting an unstressed shape and a patch would be your best fix...

most tig welders would not need me to say that in order for them to do that :)

shouldnt cost you more than 100 bucks if he can weld it in the car - pull the fuse for the ecu before he starts an arc...most tig welders would not need me to say that in order for them to do that either ... but hey... i wouldnt mention that twice if it werent important to know he understand what he is doing:)

Header has to come out anyway to replace the oil pan gasket. I'll take it to someone out of the car :)

Anyone know a good tig welder in NorCal/Bay Area?

Looks like a cool place and I could use some of those 40 degree turn out deflectors for Laguna Seca.
