CTSC revisited after NSXPO

Remember I said I was disappointed with the CTSC's low end torque? I was dead wrong. It turned out that the CTSC offers significant improvement on low end torque. My expectation was probably unrealistic when I first drove the car. Last week, CDub and I switched car driving to NSXPO when I realized how great my CTSC was. His beautiful Sebring 1991 felt like a slug off the line while he was laughing all the way to the hotel driving my car. I also let EK and Jadkar test drive my car and all gave me their approvals. I know it does not offer the highest peak power, but I suspect it offers better drivability and street usability. It was never my intention to boost the engine beyond 400hp at the crank anyway. I just wanted a reliable, plug-n-play, smog legal kit that requires no tuning and Comptech is simply the best product out there for my purpose.

Steve,

Thanks for letting me drive your car at NSXPO, it was really incredible. I wish I also drove one on a 3.2, I'm sure it would be awesome with the 6spd like you said. Anyway thanks again :):)

No doubt about that, Steve. You made a great decision. Also, it is so very cool of you to share your experience with others by letting them *feel* it first hand.

C'mon over to the dark side y'all (you know who you are) - FI is GREAT!

Hey Kendall!!!
How have you been? Nice to hear from you. You know what, after seeing the new HSC, my desire to put more goodies on the current car almost went down to zero. I am glad it is a CTSC which is a done deal. I need to now set up a new NSX fund!!!!
Take care.

Thank you Steve for letting me drive your car outside Comptech. The car was very smooth and much faster than my stock '92. It was still pulling hard at 150+ mph in 3rd gear ;)
