As of now, I am aware of (3) front chassis-bar offerings for the NSX...

(i) '02+ NSX-R front & lower chassis reinforcement bars ($230-$277)

(ii) Dali Racing Front Frame Type-R Style Stabilizer Bar ($100-$110)

(iii) STMPO race products - NSX Front Chassis Reinforcement Bar ($300-$350)

Can any combo' of these be used together? If they can be combined, is there an actual benefit or perceivable difference? And which one in particular is generally preferred?

Rather curious of some real-time experience!

The Dali seems to be a copy of the STMPO but you get to keep $200.00, That is, if you do COD, otherwise you may lose $100 and then it may have been a better deal to get the STMPO :)

The NSX-Rs can't hurt, especially as you get the lower piece. I don't know if you can use the top piece.

You can actually use TWO dali bars WITH the STMPO bar. You'd install the STMPO bar first, then the dali bar inbetween those brackets, and the 2nd dali bar would be in placed under the hood using custom brackets. I don't know about the Type R bar, but I'm sure you could use the bottom Type R bar in conjunction with the rest.

Presumably you would be experiencing massive chassis flex, to the point where you would feel compelled to install 3+ chassis reinforcement bars?

The lower NSX R bar can interfere with the sway bar.
There are kits that shim this to try and prevent them from hitting.
On my car I could not shim it enough. I had to remove it.

The front bar is fine.

I would go with ether the dali front bar or the stmpo.

Go with the STMPO bar and call it a day. It is the only one that is a one piece welded construction, will add the most torsional rigidity because there are no bolt together points to flex and it can handle all bending loads applied to it. Now they are offering custom lengths, no reason to look for another solution.

Honda bars are nice, interference issues with sway bars like Don said.

The Dali bar is only a spreader, it can only hold 2 points at a constant distance apart. The rod ends isolate it from all bending and twisting loads, allowing it to only handle compression and tension. IMO, most of the loads on the front of the frame are bending or twisting loads so the Dali would be the last part I would add because I think it is the least effective at increasing stiffness.

Well, I wouldn't do it. But someone here has done the dual dali bar setup already. Possibly with the Type R bar too. Can't recall exactly. It's located in the Dali bar thread though.
