Well it seems that about 50% of the members on this site seem to be running the the Volk GT-V so let's see some pics.....!

Ideally post a nice side-profile shot of the car and maybe one closeup pic. Let us know why you picked this wheel and the specs too :)

I predict this thread will be a long one with all the GT-V owners onboard! I absolutely love mine with all the intricate details up close.

wow thought there'd be pics in here by now....

I don't really have a good picture of my car with the lower drop so this is just for now:

Why not just post in this thread?

Matt I was not even aware of that thread - thanks!

That thread has way too many types of wheels though since we all know Volk makes like a million wheels. This should be a lot more concise for owners who want to get the GT-V's.

I will have my titanium gunmetal GTV's by next week... a first for Imola Orange as far as I know. :)

Hate to burst your bubble there, Synth19, but I've had my GTV's for a little over a year now.

I'll post better pictures this weekend!

My all time favorite GT-V's are from Russ's NSX. Custom offsets with a HUGE lip. And it goes perfectly with his anniversary edition lambo paintjob. He sold these rims though :[ Does anyone know who currently has them?

I had seen them on another LBBP on Prime and really liked them-- not too flashy and not too understated. When I called SOS to inquire about a set last November ('07) they just happened to have them (with a gunmetal finish to boot!), so I lucked out. I understand there can be a little wait since they come all the way from Japan. These are 18x7.5 fronts and 19x9.5 rears with
225/35/18s and 265/30/19s -- no rubbing issues.

thanks Art for the post, you're car and picture is what made my final decision to go for these rims and have NEVER LOOKED BACK! :)

here's my latest pic of the GT-V's but lately I've had this fascination with white NSX-R rims.......going to try a set on the s2000 if all works well.

this is my latest pic after dropping the fronts a bit more, the car's got the perfect stance right now:

Art: What steering wheel do you have your your nsx? I'm still hunting for a 300mm Team wheel setup.

I think I'm gonna throw mine off a cliff or bridge because too many people have them!!!

man- the other day some kid and his buddy were arguing -"those are stock nsx wheels for a 2005 - I know it 'cause the other two NSX's I have seen have the same wheels"
I almost went straight home and put on my tsw's .
Instead I ordered a set of enkei RP03's.
The next guy in GVRD to get enkei's is gonna get it ...

^^I love this wheel, to me its one of the best I have seen on the car. But it seems like everyone is running it. Which is one reason I went a different direction with my setup. The GT-F is really nice too, nice cars everyone!!

"Everyone" is so relative. It's not like their are a million NSX's out there. "Everyone" has GTV's online, but in real life.... not so much. We have to put this in perspective.

In that perspective I'm glad I'm not near any of you guys/gals:tongue:.
I'm the ONLY NSX here in the country with these wheels:biggrin: but thought did cross my mind to get another set of less 'popular' wheels.
