Different Exhaust tips ??

I did a search but didn't come up with anything helpful. I'm not fond of the round exhaust tips. I would like to replace them with a square tip, maybe dual on each side *see picture below.

Does anyone have a photo of a car with a simular tip? Any comment or suggestions for other options?
