you can buy a can of the stuff from autozone, but be careful with it, I have seen many components fail due to the chemicals eating away at the rubber fittings.

I've used this foam stuff and it works well. It's european too so you should be able to find it over there :smile:

I think the only way to eliminate the ordor from the evap. would be to clean the evap directly. I've misted alcohol into the air intake and that helped but the smell returns over time. I think you can gain access to the evap through the front bay by removing the ac/heat blower. You can then spray the evap directly with cleaner/anti-bact. or ?? I'm going to try that next time.
