In this video I'll show you how to install a Koyo aluminum radiator in your 1991-2005 Honda or Acura NSX. While I am installing a Koyo, the procedure will be the same or very close for any other aluminum radiator, OEM or OE replacement radiator. Special tools are optional, but listed in the video description on YouTube.
*Please note, I've heard that not all Koyo radiators have needed to shave the shroud, so you may or may not need to on yours. Test fitment of the shroud should be performed to figure out necessity of shaving the shroud.
