does anyone know the distance between mounting holes on caliper?

I have a 1991 nsx and am curious to know what the distance between the top and bottom mounting holes are on the caliper itself.... I live in arizona but have a set of alcon calipers in california at a family members house that i can have shipped to az but would like to know what the distance on the holes are before I lose alot of sleep...


please reply if you know the answer... obviously I would still have to worry about the offset of the caliper and then the width of the brake rotor..


but first things first, I would need to know if I can mount them on without a custom bracket...

I figure, with the amount of members here that have done some type of brake upgrade, someone has to know the answer to this brain teaser..


the most common distances on foreign cars are between 3 to 3.5 inches..

LOL... i promise I wont put the calipers on the car... i have now decided to purchase some alcon calipers instead..

Just measured it yesterday, the front caliper spacing between the mounting holes is 5.5inches - center to center. The holes themselves are 9/16".
