Rey, acutally you won, since you were the highest FI since mine was exempt from the contest  (359.7 whp, we dynoed mine at 10:00 with Mike from Autowave)

1st Place NA = Ariel (thank your wife for putting your car up on the dyno) Let the crackpipe begin
1st Place FI = Rey (RAVN NSX)

PM me with your home address and I'll get your MP3 players out to you.

Also thank you EVERYONE for making this event fun and exciting.

I apologize that some of you may not be happy with the results on my dyno, as each dyno does vary from each other. Hoover can back me up on that.

I'll be bringing my car to hoover to see what numbers I can pull on his newer DynoJet.

Re: Contest Results

I would also like to thank the organizer's of this event. I was one very enjoyable time meeting with everyone. The BBQ was top notch... in fact Nalesh couldn't get enough of those chicken skewers :D

And a special thanks to Carlos for escorting my sick car home. I barely made it.

Dyno's will always vary from brand to brand, dyno to dyno.
As expected the high ambient temperatures that day affected a lot of the late afternoon dyno pulls. Also, I spoke to the techs. operating the dyno and the numbers were unocorrected factors which means if they used a standard correction, the readings may have been higher.

How come they don't use fans with their dyno?

Mike

1 lb spaghetti, cooked al dente, drained well (we use vermicilli)
2 tsp. crushed red pepper (we use 1/2 tsp, depends how spicy you want it)
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sesame oil
6 T. honey
5 T. soy sauce
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
3/4 c. chopped peanuts
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 T. toasted sesame seeds

In a saucepan, stir red pepper and oils over med. heat for 2 min. Add honey and soy sauce. Stir to combine and mix well with cooked spaghetti. Cover and refrig for at least 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, add chopped cilantro, peanuts, and green onions to noodles. Toss well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serves 8-10

Steven,
Thanks for hosting us and having great food. I'm going to try the noodle receipe this week and I'll get some chicken skewers from Albertson's too. That's an awesome combo.

All,
I'll post some pics to this thread this weekend.

My setup I should be able to get up to 365/370 whp, I'll see if I can make it over to Hoover's dyno in a few weeks.

Mike at Autowave & FA Honda has done a great job with my setup :)
