I have a 95 manual w/no mods. Two days ago I tried to start her up and she would turn over but die as soon as I let off the key. Got her going and wrote off as fluke. Today I started up and EPS light came on. Then after removing clock fuse and actually hearing it reset, she wouln't start again. Had my neighbor tap on main relay while I started her and that worked. And the EPS light was off. For now anyway. So.........I am aware of the issues with the EPS, which my car is well past the "free fix" expiration. I am aware of the main relay issues. Has anyone had an experience with something that would cause both to go out together or is this simply a coincidence? If not, without doing a search, what is the cost of both?
