You don't need a adaptor for the 95 exhaust to fit on a 91. The 95 exhaust come with factory adaptors, all you need to do is take it off and it will fit.

Would a 2002 exhaust fit on a 91? any advantage besides the tip looking different? Weight differences? Performance?
