Things have changed in One Lap since my 2002 run.
Apparently, the definition of "street legal" for One Lap is a current registration and current license plate(s), the fact that they may or may not belong to the car running is moot.
If all else fails, the simple out is to register the car as a "Kit Car", I have friends that drive track cars registered this way in Florida.
At any rate, since the "RADICAL" was allowed (even though it was not really competitive), I can't wait for next year..
.....why?
1. To watch in amusment as some of those Euro car club entrants shudder when they see the NSX's drive up for One Lap 2006  , Oh No! Not thoses guys again! ...we're back biatch's
2. To pound into Brock Yates head that the NSX does have "Heart" and Honda does posses "Racing Tradition".....(remember his negative comments a couple of months back at the televised car auction)?
3. To kick ass in multiple classes with a couple of secret NSX weapons running in SSGT1 Small Bore and SSGT1 Big Bore...
I plan on watching the NSX's battle from the seat of my F3000 and just to add insult to injury...I'm gonna put a HONDA logo on it
All I have to do is cram another seat alongside the existing single seat ala the Radical.
I don't care what class they put me in, overall is all that matters to me..
That and the look on their face!
