Exterior door-handle emblem part #'s...

I was looking up the part number for the exterior door-handle emblem ('NSX') on the NSX. I found TWO numbers and I can't figure out which is for what, per'se.

028 75736-SL0-J21 EMBLEM, SIDE $19.42 (list price)
028 75736-SL0-000 EMBLEM, SIDE $28.62 (list price)

Any insights?

It should be for the left and right side, I believe. Good luck in telling which is which. :smile:

- or maybe not, I think I was looking at the wrong part. Maybe for different years, slightly different color or something.
I've seen some other parts marked like this, and never know whether to just order one, or ask the dealer if they know.

Both 000 and J21 are listed for cars until 2000, then only 000 is listed for 2001 and up.

Very odd indeed! Thanks for the insights. If they are similar parts, I wonder why the different price?!?

I'm headed to David McDavid tomorrow afternoon to pick-up a part, I'll see what they have to say. BTW, I got a 15% discount for (2) exhaust flange-gaskets upon asking. I needed the part within a day, hence going w/ the dealer & OEM. The no-name part offered by the 'net auto-superstores was slightly less than 1/2 the discounted OEM price... *sigh*

I would've pursued a 20% discount if it was a higher priced part... :biggrin:
