Fast and Furious III

1969 dodge charger

I believe that it's actually a '69/'70 Plymouth Roadrunner.

okay, I stand corrected:redface:
dodge, plymouth same body different nose and tail:rolleyes:

I actually got the impression that it was a Dodge as well because as the camera panned across the back of the car it actually shows "Dodge". The rest of the car confirms that it's a Roadrunner, so I don't know who was thinking what when they showed the Dodge badge.

Thanks guys for the info....it was a clean and classy "old school" and caught my attention. Wouldn't mind having something pre 90's one day to fix up!

also incorrect (sort of)

The car is a custom built hybrid Plymouth with pieces of both Road Runner / GTX models.

It is called "Hammer" and was built for a private customer on an episode of "Rides" on TLC a few years back by Steve Strope of Pure Vision Designs.

Someone needs to go to Wikepedia and correct it. They show it as a 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner
