as most of you know, about 9 months ago I picked up my third NSX in the last 11 years....Having already had a black and silver, I really wanted a white..but as most of you also know those are getting hard to find, so I went with my next choice and went back to black...A beautiful color no doubt, but a PITA to keep clean for more then a day or two...The car I purchased was a bone stock minty original owner with 120,000 miles on her clock...the paint looked great in the shade and from ten feet away, but in the sunlight the little tiny rock chips stuck out like a sore thumb to me...No detail job was going to hide them, so I started looking into a respray...
Then I saw a fellow NSXers satin white wrap on a Palomar run and it kinda changed my whole thinking. What a great idea!!! Change the color for fraction of the price and not ruin the value? Can't beat it!!!...Long story short, after shopping around I found the right shop and pulled the trigger and now I finally have that white Type R look that I've been lusting after for years...funny thing is, when I first got my first NSX back in 03 I never would have considered a white NSX, it was one of my least favorite colors. Fast forward to a few years ago when I saw a white Type R replica and I wanted one ever since...Now I'm in love all over again and cant stop staring....

Big thanks to the guys at Endless Auto Salon...I cant even believe how amazing this wrap turned out..The time and detail they put into it was incredible for what I paid...I'd recommend them very highly to anyone thinking about going this route...

So many colors and other options with this stuff it's crazy...I decided to go with the Arlon "pearl white"...I saw a picture of the very rare JDM Neutron Pearl White and loved it...

some of the inspiration pics...

picking the right color...

knew it was the right shop when they started the tear down as soon as I dropped her off....

Joey was great about texting me pics and keeping me updated.

almost done....

took a little longer then they thought, but were nice enough to deliver it to my house because I was unavailable and I'm about 30 miles south of the shop...

Came home late that night and found this in my garage....I just stood and stared for like 5 minutes.....lol

woke up and headed down the freeway to grandmas for the Thanksgiving.

parked next to my father in laws '46 Chevy

eventually I'm going to get the rims powder coated white, but I just couldn't wait and I plasti-dipped them the next day...

ahhh...finally the type R white on white look.....lovin it!!!

a few pics as the sun sets...

thanks...yes, Impressive isn't a strong enough word for what these guys do...they really take pride in what they do and do it the right way....

oh so nice, great job. What was the cost if you don't mind me asking.

thanks...the cost was so cheap that I'm sworn to secrecy

he kinda misquoted himself, but was cool enough to honor his original quote...I pretty much got a free VIS type R spoiler for what he should have charged....but, I told him I would get him a few calls...I can still get you a real good price if you are interested...

Let's just say I was quoted anywhere from $2000 to $3400 from other shops....he did the $3400 job for the low end price...

http://www.endlessautosalon.com/ check them out.

That looks awesome I just got a set of the wheels and sent them off to the powder coated for that type r look. All you missing is that red center cap on the wheels congrats

That my friend is some VERY IMPRESSIVE work. The car looks AMAZING!

Thanks you guys for all the likes.... Hope to see most of you at NSXPO and y'all can check it out in person and see how well it holds up( hopefully 5-10 years is what they say)

And I'm sure I'll see some of you before that at a drive or meet soon.

Thanks again...

Looking good Mark. Never been a fan of a white car but I may have to rethink that now.

Lookin good Mark! What was the turnaround time?

B@t

Thanks, took just over a week... He was short handed...thought it would be done in 3-4 days... It was more work then he thought.. I told him there was no rush, just make it perfect.. He did.

I've been told a $3400 job will not be as nice as I would like and I would be paying for what I get but $3400 on the high side I would take it to endless every time I'm bored.. PHENOMINAL job.... I love it.

Is there much difference in price to wrap vs dip? Looks amazing btw.

Looks great!
It looks that that shop does outstanding work. Having a black car to start with makes it work very well too. The last black car I had, which happened to the the first, I painted silver.
