I was pulling out of the garage and the car has alarms going off plus the tire symbol is lit up on the dash.

LOW PRESSURE WARNING!

I get out, turn on the compressor and start at the right front.

Got to the left rear and it was FLAT.

Nice screw right in the middle, at least it wasn't the sidewall.

My jack actually fit under the car, so I took the wheel off and had the flat fixed.

Do you have the pins to insert to avoid damaging the rotors when you put the wheel back on?

I got the pins since I have the carbon ceramic brakes. More peace of mind since it will cost a pretty penny if the CCBs are damaged by the wheel during removal or install! Sometimes I wish I just had the iron brakes, lol.

No pins, but I was real careful!

Thought about wrapping a towel around the brake disc, but decided to just use my foot to support the wheel as I removed it.

curious what the recommended torque on the lugs is?

wow big difference old vs new..what does your owners manual say?
