If a dealer quotes you a price part, it never hurts to do a quick online check. Just ask for the exact part # and punch it in - they should price match.
P.S. when I bought mine, I bought two. I figure stupid little parts like this are going to get expensive in the future.

I am in Canada and I know it can cost a bit more, but that is ridiculous.

Ha! I noticed my cover was missing a few weeks ago. Two weeks after that I saw it laying on a restaurant parking lot where I had parked the previous visit! So it was reinstalled with a zip-tie through a little block I epoxied on the inside. Thanks for the tip!
BTW, new ones vary in cost by color! White is the cheapest, red in the middle and black is the most expensive. Weird.
