PM Qs answered:

1. Do you have to drill the holes for the 2 bolts that attach to the seat rails or just the ones which attach the extinguisher to the bracket?
No drilling to the oem seat rails, you mount the FE bracket to the oem seat mounting holes using the oem bolts. The drilling is for the specific brand of FE you plan to purchase and make sure the mounting bracket is made from metal NOT plastic.

2. Are those 2 bolts the same ones as at the end of the rails under the 2 small carpet flaps on the floor at the end of the seat rails?
Yes. They are the OEM bolts.

3. Is the seat in your picture a manual slider or is it a power seat ?. It looks like a manual one with a pull up rail to move the seat back and forward. Mine is a power seat-- will the bracket slide forward and back when the seat slides or is it in a fixed position?
The seat rail in the pix is a Buddy Club manual slider pushed all the way back. If you pull up(power up in your case) the FE stays in the same position and the bracket does not slide forward. Its in a fixed position. The FE in the pix is a small 2 lb. unit and some folks may use a larger unit and it will still fit.

4. Is the picture showing the mounted extinguisher with the seat all the way back? It looks like the extinguisher is positioned in the center of the passenger floor. Will this restrict a passenger's leg room? If the seat is pushed all the way forward will the front seat edge be moved closer to the extinguisher?
The seat in the pix is a bucket seat and is pushed all the way back. Its a give-&-take as far as the leg room is concern depending on the length of the passenger's legs. If the seat is pushed all the way forward, the frt seat edge will be closer to the FE.

Pix below show two sizes of FE and the seat position is almost all the way up.
