That depends on whether the "gum mark" is gum itself, or is a stain in the paint.
Solvents (such as Goof Off, bug and tar remover, etc) will remove gum, but may not remove a stain in the paint. If it's a stain, you may need to use something slightly abrasive, like a swirl mark remover, to buff off the top surface of the paint.
more like stain on the paint. I just spend the last hour try to get rid of the stain. my wife says the stain is off, but I could still some how see that mark.
Ugh, that could require an abrasive like nsxtasy mentioned.
I was able to order my wheels over the weekend, close to your area Wind. I bought it through Wheeloptions.com (El Monte) with importhookup.com pricing. I won't say what I ordered yet and will let the pictures speak for themselves. These wheels haven't been seen on an NSX before but I will say they are black chrome.
We have a non-abrasive polish/cleaner called the DyNA Ultimate Cleaner that may do the trick. I can send you a sample (2 oz bottle) since it's a small spot if you pay for shipping.
Send me an email with your address and I will check on shipping cost. Should be a couple $ only and I take credit card. I will send directions for use also. [email protected]
