I passed by the accident a few minutes after it happened, on my way to San Diego... I didn't realize it was related to the gumball, there was a porsche with random stickers all over it who pulled over at the accident, after it had happened, and the girl driver was talking with the CHP officers... I thought that was a little strange, at the time

Looks to me like the lambos werent to blame for that at all. The excursion driver was probably paying more attention to the supercars driving past than to the road.

That's what I'm seeing as well. The viddy picks up with the Excursion already losing control, but bottom line is that if he'd been driving straight and true in the first place, he wouldn't've lost it.

It's kind of like the guy who rear-ends someone while glancing at a pretty girl walking on the sidewalk. Do you blame the girl for the crash?

Hence the lambo was more than likely the catalyst for the crash but not at all the lambos fault. This day in age the lambo driver could get a civil case and probably lose too.
