Reminds me of the I believe French guy who built the Ferrari F40 from scratch and built everything including the engine himself.
Did this thing sink on it's maiden voyage?? There's no updated information about the ship or the dude that built it.

Anyways hugh if you look at the pictures in the link whitensxs posted you see the builder standing next to the outside of the boat and the boat appears miniature. A bit further down the page on the same site he is standing inside the boat and it appears the rooms, furniture is of a usable/regular size. Now I may be wrong or I just may be stupid, I have been known to be both before, but that is how it looks to me.

if you notice the "windows" on the outside...... the outside looks like a full size ship, but on a smaller scale. the 4 rows of "windows" obviously aren't 4 levels inside.
Maybe I need to go get checked out or something but I understood exactly what Steveny was saying and had no problem with it. Oh, and I am pretty sure it does not even merrit an honorable mention in the "Most Stupid Stuff Said" category.
I just assumed Steve had a TARDIS in mind when he made his comment, knowing that he's a Dr. Who fan, but his explanation is actually rational
