Height adjustable sleeve for Koni

Dear suspension gurus,

I've decided on the Zanardi/Koni setup and I want to get a set of Height adjustable sleeves for the Koni yellow, is Ground control sleeves best for Koni's?

Will the Ground Control sleeves work with Zanardi springs?

Where's the best place to buy them?

Actually, I called them right after I posted on this forum and they still sell them. $600 including springs. And you can choose your desire spring rate too, not bad! Save me a few bucks on buying the Zanardi springs
