If it is not one thing, it is another. Acura bent one of my valve stems while mounting my tires today. The irony is, I was having two of my wheels straightened because they were bent. My wheels are Rays G-games "wolf", which are a two-piece wheel, and require a 90 degree angle valve stem. Nowhere, and I mean nowhere, can I or Acura locate one. The G-games wheels are manufactured specifically for Discount Tire (or so they said), and after Discount Tire spoke with the Rays national rep he said the valve stems have been or backorder from Japan for months.
I am a fairly resourceful person, but I am at a loss here. Would any of you gurus have any advice on a substitute valve stem that would work with these wheels?
