Help my cd function inop

My radio give me error code 2 the CD will not play. Radio works o.k. I removed the cd cart from the changer and reinstalled it. Head unit still give me error code 2. What does code 2 mean? What can I do to fix it?

Possibly has two CDs loaded - follow the directions in the FAQ to try to eject by inserting an empty magazine & power cycling as necessary; if it fails to eject you may need to try to manually remove the disc(s).

This happens to me all the time...
Take the changer out of the car take the case off and hand spin the screw drives inside until you can get the CD out...
Lat time this happened to me(6 or 7th time) I put some lithium grease on all the screws (screwdrives). It's been a couple months...no problems!

After 4 months of lots of use my CD changer got stuck again, BUT, this has been the longest, by far, that I have not had a problem.
