HELP! Smogging my 91 nsx

Hello, I have a 91 twin turbo nsx. I am trying to get it smogged by having my turbos taken off. I'm wondering if the task would be difficult to do so because of the tec-3 support system and various other mods like waste gate and inter cooler considering everything would have to be put BACK on the car after smog

or i could smog someone elses nsx and use results as mine

Ask yourself if the labor in removing and reinstalling is worth more than the few hundred dollars you'll spend at a place that "guarantees" you'll pass.
